IRIS AD is one of the leading textile companies from Bulgaria with 100 years experience and traditions. The company is an integrated and independent structure in whole activity area - from weaving up to the creating of fashion-collections and confectioning, and it is organized in the following departaments:
- Weaving
- Dyeing-finishing
- Garment-design and fashion collections
- Garment finishing
- Subcontractors-producers of ready made garment

1. Weaving - capacity of 4500000 l. m. /year. Production of high-quality cotton fabrics - 100% Cotton and cotton blends with polyester, viscose, polyamide and elastane. The produced fabrics are 130-160cm width and have an weight from 130-400g/m2 Different weaving types, like twill, crepe, plane, mat, rep, atlas, bedford, barre, adria , combined and many others are available. The only producer of corduroy in Bulgaria .

2. The company has possibilities for reproduction of colour types according the catalogue Pantone-TP or over client's sample. The dyeing is reactive, vat, hydron, disperse or acid. Flow-line for indigo dyeing of fabrics. Totaly dyeing capacity
ca.8 000000 l. m. /year. The finished-dyed fabrics could be processed through additional treatments for reduced unflamability, oleophobicity, hydrophobicity, hardening, softening, sewing ability, emery grinding, carding, acid and alkali resistance, pigment coating, hydrophobe coating, discharge printing, pigment stamping, film coating (”active breathing” fabrics) and others. Practicaly the fabrics could be subject to all kind of suitable treatments, to achieve the desired from the clients fabric-outlook.

3. The design-office of IRIS AD creates twice a year fashion collections of outerwear- and sport garments on the base of the fabrics , produced in IRIS-company. The company has it's own created and registered labels of garments, and the last of them - the BODI label - is very successfully on the Bulgarian and European market.

4. For implementing the fashion trends in it's collectionns, IRIS has on disposal technologies for different kinds of washing of finished garments - indigo dyeing, moon wash, stone wash, enzyme wash. For creating of some effects on the garments, a technologie for yarn dyeing is available (two colour weaving) .

5. Having on disposal the base for a garment production the IRIS company has organized a cluster-structure of subcontractors, producing ready made garments. The subcontractors are provided with the developed in IRIS models, with the IRIS-fabrics and the needed accesories as well, so the production time is reduced significant. The cluster-structure provides aprooved high flexibility and short delivery terms to the clients. To ensure the garments quality the end-quality-controll is organized in the IRIS-AD. Except it's own models, IRIS company can produce garments upon client's models too.

6. Quality
IRIS AD is certificated by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for ecological production.
The quality of the fabrics conforms to the European standards with reference to shrinkage rate, fastness to light, washing, rubbing and ironing. The company utilizes dyes supplied by leading companies: CIBA, BASF, Dy-Star, BEZEMA, etc, which allow durable and environment-friendly dyeing in the full colour range. IRIS AD is Accredited Mill according to DuPont Lycra Assured Program. ISO 9001-2000 Certification in progress.
